Observation

Potting soil with fertilizer was on a shelf in the outdoor licensed space that was within reach and accessible to children. Moved during on-site visit. The potting soil with fertilizer had a plate of food sitting next to it when licensors arrived to the childcare. The provider moved the plate shortly after the licensors arrived. The laundry room door was not locked and there is laundry detergent stored on the floor of the laundry room. The detergent would be accessible to children if they opened the door to the laundry room.
